Job Description

Minimum required Education:
High School Diploma, Vocational Education.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Installed Base Management, Service Processes or equivalent.
 

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within Installed Base process you are responsible for the registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Your role:

  • Registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents
  • Maintaining customer installed base for parts consumption and removal of defective items
  • Carrying out on daily basis analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field audits
  • Updating statuses of installed products e.g. scrapped, storage, dismantled, operational
  • Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
  • Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies
  • Fluent English
  • Professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
  • You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
  • The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required
  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
