💡 Your role in a nutshell:

As an Account Executive, you will be part of our Client Services team, focusing on close collaboration with one of our key clients. Your role will involve taking responsibility for managing assigned tasks, ensuring that their execution process is timely to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

🥇 What will keep you busy during the day: 

• Delivery of assigned project e.g. production of digital assets, campaigns based on the media plan, adaptations of central team materials, graphic design of events. 
• Ensuring all project related task (including but not limited to reporting and project management in various tools, leasing with multiple internal and external stakeholders) are done on time and all parties are kept up to date with its progression. 
• Building an excellent relationship upon trust and mutual understanding with the clients and local agency representatives in a difficult moment of change for the organization. 
• Monitoring of the client's brand, industry, markets, and competitive activities - we want you to have a good understanding of our client's environment. 
• Participating in regular status meetings within specific markets and internal meetings aimed at knowledge sharing. 

🔑 Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include: 

• Min. 1 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. 
• Ability to work from our office in Warsaw twice a week - is a must
• Excellent English as work will be performed 100% in English (C1 level)
• Polish language is not required for this role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• A keen attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g. JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project) is a plus. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
