Shift:

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 

Pay:

  • Starting at $25-29 per hour depending on experience - 5% bonus for meeting quarterly goals 

About The Role

As the Supply Excellence Specialist, you are responsible for working closely with the Supply Excellence and training team to create custom standard operating procedures, training courses and campaigns, support tracking and analysis of KPIs, and helping implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance growth. The role requires that you have: some experience with technical writing for procedures; good communication skills; and attention to detail and experience integrating lean methodologies. This role will also require analytical and project management capabilities. You will assist with documentation, record accuracy, training lean mindsets and play a key part in implementing new operational processes.

The Critical Success Factors

You will be most successful if you:

· Have a background in high-speed manufacturing processes

· Love being hands on and teaching/facilitating problem solving activities

· Have experience translating technical information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences

· Have experience with process change, improvement and lean techniques

· Are passionate about driving positive change through standardization

 

The Ideal Candidate

In addition, our ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to identify errors and suggest corrections, strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

The Minimum And/Or Technical Requirements

At minimum, the candidate for the CI Specialist must have:

· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 3 years or more

· Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs

· Knowledge of operational principles and policies (5s, etc.) preferred

· Strong Analytical Skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills
