Job Description:

Profile Description
A meticulous and results-driven Strategic Program Specialist with specialized experience within the Electronic Component Industry. Proven track record in orchestrating daily order and inventory system analyses, ensuring optimal stock levels, and managing high-volume component supply chains. Adept at bridging the gap between internal operations and external global customers, securing strict adherence to approved replenishment schedules, and consistently hitting delivery targets (ETA).
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • To oversee, analyze, and optimize daily order management and inventory system workflows for our global program portfolio. You will act as the critical link ensuring stock continuity and high-level fulfillment for our global electronics customers. 
  • Perform comprehensive daily auditing and analytical tracking of customer order structures and inventory management systems.
  • Execute and maintain precision inventory replenishment cycles based on approved forecasting schedules, buffer agreements, and customer demands.
  • Proactively monitor component supply chains to ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments align with agreed-upon ETA targets and client SLAs.
  • Generate, refine, and present highly accurate inventory status updates and pipeline performance reports to both internal management and external global clients.
  • Partner closely with global warehouse logistics, procurement, and client management teams to resolve bottleneck issues or component shortages swiftly.

  • A professional who understands the specific volatility, lifecycles, and lead-time nuances of electronic components (semiconductors, passives, connectors, etc.).
  • An individual who enjoys diving deep into data systems daily to find inconsistencies before they impact the client.
  • A clear communicator capable of managing external corporate relationships and building trust through transparent reporting.

 Required Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience specifically within Electronic Component distribution, manufacturing, or specialized EMS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data modeling) or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for compiling complex pipeline reports.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of demand planning, safety stock calculations, transit logistics, and international lead-time management.
  • Fluent verbal and written business English skills tailored for daily collaboration with global, multi-regional stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to align with international time zones (such as US, UK, or APAC shifts) and support on India Public Holidays.
