Role Overview

As an Implementation Program Manager, you'll spearhead customer implementations of our game-changing products, driving tangible social impact by getting our software in the hands of the people who need it most. This role is not just about managing outcomes but also shaping customer expectations and experiences. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient planning, initiation, and execution of product implementations. What You’ll Do

  • Lead Cross-functional Projects: Oversee end-to-end project management, coordinating efforts across diverse teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of  innovative FinTech solutions.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients – ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure project alignment and success. You are a bridge between customers and cross-functional internal teams, translating business needs into actionable plans and ensuring cultural alignment.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging your strategic consulting background to drive impactful outcomes.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytical skills to monitor project performance, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Agile Methodologies: Apply agile principles and methodologies to enhance project delivery transparency, speed, and adaptability – fostering a culture of continuous innovation to boost efficiency and scalability

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion. Identify and remove roadblocks to enable engineers and other team members to focus on their core responsibilities.

  • Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation and utilization, balancing project demands with team capabilities to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

  • Strategic Insight: Influence product direction and strategy through implementation feedback and insights.

What Will Enable You

  • 5 years of experience in managing implementation projects, ideally in a customer-facing role.

  • Experience in management consulting for diverse customer archetypes and organizational cultures, and having the ability to navigate seamlessly across a wide range of environments and adapt to their specific needs.

  • Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and productivity tooling (e.g., JIRA), as well as experience creating effective tracking systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.

  • A proactive, low-ego approach to problem-solving and a willingness to tackle tasks of any size to ensure project success.
