Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Human Resources programs and policies for OneDigital’s employees across the country.  The Coordinator is heavily involved in onboarding of new hires, support HR Generalists, overall HR data and reporting, and regularly works in OneDigital’s HRIS, Workday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Assist with employee outreach and response to general questions, calls and direct emails, responding to employees and assisting them with issues, problems or questions, escalating to the appropriate department or functional leader when necessary. Responsible for department mail and responding & sorting accordingly.
  • Acts as the bridge between Talent Acquisition and Human Resources; Duties include tracking and/or facilitating background checks and job assessments, distribution of employee covenant agreements, managing the referral process, and completion of Workday new hire onboarding process.
  • Act as the first point of contact for OneDigital’s new employee onboarding program – help distribute new hire welcome kits and schedule new hire orientations and other sessions, as required.
  • Ensure all applicable new hire paperwork is received, completed and filed; Process E-Verify and maintain I-9 records in accordance to the Department of Homeland Security regulations.
  • Prepare and update employment records in relation to hiring and terminating employees.
  • Assist Managers and Payroll team with time and absence reporting, questions and timesheet corrections.
  • Responsible for responding to all state DOL correspondence and requests for information with regard to surveys, unemployment claims and reporting;
  • Complete verbal and written employment verifications on behalf of the department.
  • Prepare reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies, such as Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, insurance commissioners and other regulatory agencies.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and necessary posters for each office.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Must be self-motivated, resourceful and disciplined;
  • Service leadership approach;
  • Ability to relate and present to people of all levels and personalities while remaining professional;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration;
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred;
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience or a degree in Human Resources

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
