What We'll Bring:

• Partner with internal business resources and technical teams to analyze requirements to deliver RPA solutions to complex processes
• Participate in development and maintenance of code to ensure consistency, quality and performance of applications
• Evaluate and implement process development and quality frameworks to enable fast application delivery

What You'll Bring:

1. Understand business requirements/solution design and partner with business teams and solution team

2. Work with tech lead in Tech design and support with required data/process analysis

3. Develop bot components using Java on WorkFusion platform along with other team members

4. Test bot to ensure business needs and various business scenarios are met

5. Support new team members and guide them where required

6. Support bot demo , UAT with business team

Impact You'll Make:

• 1 to 4 years of Robotic Process Automation development experience
• Having hands on programming experience with Java/Selenium
• Experience with Process Design and Technical Design on Robotic Automation and Implementation
• Developing bot tasks using WorkFusion Open Development Framework (ODF)
• Skills in various types of RPA applications, Exception Handling, OCR tuning skills
• Exposure to  WorkFusion RPA and ML components, including ML SDK
• Nice to have Automation Engineer Specialist and Machine Learning Engineer certification
• Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards and ensure quality of coded components by performing unit testing
• Exposure to development tools such as Git, Maven is preferred
• Experience working in Agile methodologies

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
