Summary:
We are looking for a Senior DAM Specialist with deep expertise in Stibo STEP to lead the design, governance, and optimization of enterprise digital asset management capabilities. This role owns DAM strategy and execution within Stibo, partners closely with business and technology leaders, and ensures digital assets are scalable, compliant, and aligned with product and brand strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the DAM architecture within Stibo STEP
Define and implement enterprise DAM strategy, standards, and governance
Lead DAM maturity initiatives, including metadata enrichment, taxonomy optimization, and asset reuse
Serve as the Stibo DAM platform owner and escalation point
Design and maintain complex metadata models, taxonomies, and asset hierarchies
Configure advanced workflows, validation rules, and business rules
Optimize relationships between DAM assets and PIM product objects
Lead large-scale DAM migrations, onboarding, and transformations
Drive integrations between Stibo DAM and:
Partner with IT and architecture teams on APIs, data flows, and performance optimization
Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant asset distribution
Stibo STEP DAM configuration
Metadata modeling and taxonomy design
Workflow orchestration and business rules
Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data syndication
Experience with cloud-based DAM and content ecosystems
Professional & Technical Skills:
