Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sr IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to negotiating job offers and onboarding. You will focus on recruiting top-tier IT professionals, such as web developers, DevOps engineers, QA specialists, and project managers, to meet our organizational goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source qualified candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events), as well as engaging with passive candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions tailored to attract top talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, culture fit, and technical skills. Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with team leads.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future openings and foster ongoing relationships with talent communities.
- Offer Negotiation: Handle job offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with budget, market standards, and candidate expectations while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment Reporting: Maintain and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) to drive continuous improvement.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and values to attract high-quality IT talent, including managing our presence at career fairs and other networking events.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of various IT profiles such as web developers, DevOps engineers, QA specialists, project managers, etc.
- Ability to source and attract both passive and active candidates using a variety of platforms and tools.
- Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of technical job requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close job offers while maintaining positive candidate relationships.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment metrics, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Conversational English skills (B2) required
