POSITION SUMMARY:

Support sales teams with processing insurance applications and policies, handling lender calls for policy requests and basic customer calls in a high volume fast paced call center.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inbound call from lenders ordering quotes and policies
  • Provide support to the sales team by answering inbound customer calls as needed, responding to basic policy inquiries, and forwarding to appropriate sales staff as needed
  • Gather and accurately process customer and loan information related to policy issuance, endorsements, and cancellations within departmental timeframe standards
  • Maintain familiarity with all aspects of our quality standards
  • Provide suggestions for improvements to processes and systems
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective customers to transfer to agent
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with agents, lenders, and settlement service providers
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company objectives
