The Video Delivery Manager will drive operations to achieve revenue, cost, cash and customer delivery targets
Act as a point of contact to sales, finance, product, and engineering teams for order shipping details and priorities
Improve KPI’s including order cycle time, on time delivery, and delinquent backlog
Collaborate with planning, order management, purchasing, manufacturing and quality teams to reduce customer order lead times
Support work order planning and partner with distribution center teams to ensure smooth operations
Manage third party distribution priorities in partnership with procurement and logistics
Identify and manage continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and lead times
Actively support sales and operations planning
Anticipate evolving business conditions and ensure operational readiness

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
