Healthcare, Higher Education and Non-Profit (HHN) is part of Specialized Industries within Commercial Banking. HHN covers large institutional clients seeking complex solutions in depository credit, treasury management and investment banking. Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manager of Healthcare, Higher Education and Non-Profit that will lead and support a team of business development individuals in sourcing new Commercial Bank Clients, by cultivating relationships through existing networks. In this role, you will:

4+ years banking relationship management experience within healthcare, higher-education, and cultural/service NFP industries
Demonstrated ability to maintain and expand client relationships, as well as developing new client relationships in the HHN space
Established network of client relationships and centers of influence in the HHN space
Ability to obtain the Municipal Finance Professional (“MFP”) designation
Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and analyze growth opportunities based on market potential
Proven ability to manage reputational risks
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with and communicate to internal and external key stakeholders
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
