We incorporate the integrated systems, solutions and services of our business' DC and AC fields, including HVDC, Substations, FACTS, Grid and Power Quality solutions such as offshore wind connections, and Semiconductors. We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system, such as renewables, transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions.
How you’ll make an impact
You will follow Hitachi Energy PGGI-HVDC Project management process to control the cost and cash flow on budget and on time delivery.
You will manage the project risk and opportunities in project execution.
You will meet contractual delivery time and key milestone, get PAC and relevant payment on time.
You will monitor project quality issues, fill in deviation database and take relevant actions to follow and close.
You will make project resource plan and discuss with various function managers to ensure sufficient and qualified resource for project execution.
You will motivate the project team members to ensue project quality and success.
You will do supplier selection and negotiation together with SCM team.
You will cooperate with HSE and Engineer team on site safety management.
You will maintain good communication and relationship with the client, manage customer expectation and satisfaction.
You have commercial sense for supporting potential sales order.
You will have other jobs assigned by service manager.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Bachelor or above majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power system and its automation, etc.
At least 3 years’ experience in power system or power product field.
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, written and spoken.
Have project manager, site manager or operation experience is an advantage.
Familiar with HVDC main equipment and systems is an advantage.
Frequent traveling in region, O/T work at request, team work oriented, ability to work independently, good communication skill in verbal and writing.
