A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Senior Product Manager, AID Systems, is responsible for discovering, defining, shaping, and delivering product strategies and solutions across the full product lifecycle, from early stage discovery and long-range strategic planning through development, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management. This role interacts and spans across the organization and plays a critical role in translating business strategy, customer needs, and market insights into actionable product direction. As the voice and champion of the customer and a strategic partner to cross functional teams, the Senior Product Manager works closely with stakeholders across R&D, Systems Engineering, Program Management, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Human Factors, User Experience, Finance, and Marketing. The Senior Product Manager is expected to operate effectively in ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and balance near term execution with longer term platform, portfolio, and business objectives. As a member of the broader Product Management team, the Senior Product Manager also serves as a mentor and collaborator, supporting the development of product management best practices, coaching junior team members, and contributing to the evolution of product strategy and operating models.Sr. Product Manager, Medical Device at Tandem are also responsible for:

This role will be a mix of in-office work at our corporate headquarters in Del Mar, CA and remote work. This position is expected to be in office on an as needed basis

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting base pay range for this position is $150k - $175k annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate’s location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus and a robust benefits package.
