About the Role

Responsible for providing financial projections and business insights and monitoring solvency risk and position

Roles and Responsibilities:

Performs actuarial duties assigned by the supervisor in order to ensure timely and accurate delivery of actuarial results for the following jobs:

  • Perform IFRS 17 financial and actuarial reporting related jobs, including technique assessment, production process, disclosure reports and audit.

  • Continue to improve the actuarial governance with standardized process and control automation.

  • Support of IFRS17 Budget and Financial Forecast.

  • Support of China IFRS17 Project.

  • Other financial reporting related jobs.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably in Actuarial, Mathematics or Statistics.

  • Passing SOA Course P, FM, MLC, MFE, C and VEE, or equivalent.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good office software and programming skills (e.g. Excel, Python).

Familiar with the actuarial software, e.g. PROPHET is preferred
