Summary of this Role

Performs a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, asset administration, general ledger, credit and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other accounting regulations. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing financial information, plans, and projections. Performs analysis of financial studies and prepares summary reports for management. Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.

What Part Will You Play?

  • Administer compensation plans for assigned business units. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Processing commission payments for a subset of commissionable employees at varying frequencies; i.e. monthly, quarterly, or annually

  • Ensuring all payments and processes adhere to the commissions governance framework

  • Auditing commission payments

  • Providing support to the sales teams regarding their commission payments and compensation plans as needed

  • Work closely with other finance teams, HR, operations, legal, as well as various other departments providing support, analysis, research, and/or guidance related to compensation plans and commission payments

  • Perform detailed sales reporting and analysis

  • Participate in commission compensation planning including but not limited to strategy, analysis, document drafting and quota development

  • Ad hoc projects, analysis, and research as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years related commissions administration and/or analysis experience

  • Strong MS Excel skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Skilled in working with large sets of data

  • Sales reporting reporting experience

  • Deadline driven

  • Ability to adapt to change

  • Strong people skills 

  • Experience partnering with other departments

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to lead on projects and tasks

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Experience with Xactly preferred
