What is Virtuox

Virtuox is an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) and a ResMed company. We test patients for sleep apnea, cardiac arrhythmia, and hypoxemia, all from the comfort of their home. A physician orders a test, we ship a device directly to the patient, they complete the study, we interpret the results, and the report goes back to the ordering provider so they can act.

It sounds simple. The operational and clinical complexity behind it is not.

We run this across multiple test types, each with its own workflow, device, clinical protocol, and regulatory requirements, and we're building the technology to make it all faster, more automated, and more scalable.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior PM who is equal parts systems thinker and builder. You'll own the core platform that makes Virtuox run, the workflows and automation that power everything from order intake through device fulfillment, interpretation routing, and billing.

This isn't a role where you write specs and wait. You'll work closely with engineering in an AI-native development environment, move fast, and help define how a diagnostic platform operates at scale.

How We Build

We develop AI-native. That means AI isn't just in our product, it's embedded in how we design, build, and ship. We move from idea to working software quickly, and we expect our PMs to be curious and capable in that environment.

Experience working with AI tools, whether at work or through your own exploration matters here.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end diagnostic workflows; order intake, insurance eligibility, device fulfillment, billing and denial management

  • Automation depth across the platform; reducing manual effort and human dependency in the critical path

  • Exception handling and observability infrastructure

  • The roadmap that balances foundational investment with delivery velocity

What You'll Do

  • Define and maintain the platform roadmap with clear prioritization and tradeoff logic

  • Partner with engineering to ship reliable, scalable solutions across multiple test types

  • Drive automation that reduces cost per study, cycle time, and manual touches

  • Establish metrics that tell you whether the system is actually healthy

  • Work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and compliance stakeholders

  • Identify where AI meaningfully improves how the platform operates, and help make it happen

What Success Looks Like

  • Workflows are automated, observable, and reliable across all test modalities

  • Engineering has what they need to move fast without reinventing the wheel

  • The platform scales volume without scaling manual effort

  • Measurable reduction in cost per study, cycle time, and denial rate

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of product management experience

  • Proven track record of owning and shipping a product while working closely with engineering teams

  • Demonstrate ability to manage complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities

  • Comfort with ambiguity and complex cross-team dependencies

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, at work or on your own time

  • Healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated environment experience is a plus
