Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the lead role of Sales Support in Business Development for our Hong Kong Wealth & Pensions division. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for not only providing support to the sales and business development team but also managing and leading a team of managers and staff within the organization.

Lead and manage a team of sales support and business development support team to facilitate sales target, channel sales support and project and initiatives
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and improve the overall efficiency with transforming the service with sales model
Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet the designated sales target
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the team and with other departments
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner.
