Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the lead role of Sales Support in Business Development for our Hong Kong Wealth & Pensions division. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for not only providing support to the sales and business development team but also managing and leading a team of managers and staff within the organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in sales support or sales project, with demonstrated leadership and people management skills
  •  Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
  •  Knowledge of the HK Pension market and regulatory environment is a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • IIQE Paper 1, 3, 4 is plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales support and business development support team to facilitate sales target, channel sales support and project and initiatives

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and improve the overall efficiency with transforming the service with sales model

  • Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet the designated sales target

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the team and with other departments

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner.
