We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Health & Dental portfolio within the Affinity business. This role plays a key part in maintaining and evolving our product shelf, ensuring it remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer and sponsor needs. The Associate Product Manager will collaborate closely with product leaders, pricing, underwriting, marketing, distribution, and operations to support product enhancements, market intelligence, and day-to-day product management activities.
This role is ideal for someone who brings strong analytical skills, an understanding of insurance products, and a collaborative approach to driving product improvements and supporting business growth.

Salary range is expected to be between
$62,850.00 CAD - $104,750.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact [email protected] for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
