Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on various topics and prepare summaries and memos.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Support the legal team in preparing for meetings, hearings, and trials.
• Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.
• Attend departmental meetings and take detailed notes.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for legal proceedings.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a law degree program (J.D. or L.L.B.) at an accredited institution.
• Strong interest in corporate law, contract law, intellectual property rights or related fields.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
