Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise. - Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. - Support the implementation of best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting. - Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
