Job Responsibilities:

二、任职资格

教育程度: 本科及以上学历,机械制造等相关专业。

工作经验: 机械加工行业5年以上工作经验,须具备CET4 证书

专业技能要求: 具有丰富的变速器设计、齿轮、壳体加工及变速器装配知识,熟悉工程机械、工程图学、自动化技术知识等

能力要求:掌握并熟练运用汽车变速箱齿轮加工技术、工程制图等,具备良好的问题分析与解决能力,具备较强的沟通能力及团队领导能力

其他特殊要求:

工作有一定弹性,能承担一定压力

对内:工厂各部门和车间

对外: 设备、工装、供应与服务商,采购产品供应商

四、主要岗位职责

1.拟订制造战略与中长期规划

1)依据公司战略,为拟订工厂制造系统制造战略与中长期规划提供专业技术支持

2)制造策略的分析和改进,提供改进计划和投资分析

2. 制定年度工作计划

1)根据制造战略,为拟订工厂制造工程部年度工作计划、编制年度预算提供专业技术支持

2)并制定所属范围内的年度计划,批准后分解实施

3. 管理与持续改进公司级目标看板

1)负责执行工厂的改进措施中相关内容

4. 审核工厂提交的新增生产设备及技改改造申请

1)参加工厂的新增生产设备及技改改造申请分析,提出审核意见

2)负责自制工装的设计及现场所有工具、工装及检具改善

5. 工艺管理

1)参加策划和实施工厂工艺管理流程与程序体系,直接承担工厂的装配工艺管理与控制.

2)对现有设施与生产工艺等进行改进,不断提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,降低生产成本

3) 评审工厂中控制计划的执行情况

4) 回顾及批准控制计划、过程潜在失效模式的初始发布和修订情况

5)参加工厂新材料新工艺的验证与导入活动

6)提供操作文件、培训及工艺验证完成工程变更

6.技术标准的建立

1)收集行业信息,拟订本专业范围内设备,设施,工装,工具及工业材料的专业技术标准,技术规格和通用技术要求

2) 拟订本专业范围内量检具、工装标准及具体执行工厂内实施过程

3) 拟订量检具、工装设计任务书或设计

7.项目组织和技术支持

1) 为工厂的前期规划与评审提供专业技术支持

2) 根据PD设计的产品图纸,进行工艺设计、设备选型、生产线人员配置等

3) 参加工厂项目实施

4)选择合格设备的供应商,对设备的各项指标进行分析(包括刀具、夹具、节拍、质量和投资成本),确保所选设备满足MPJ安全、环境,人类工程学等的要求,完成技术评估等文件。

5)在设备制造过程中,对设备的情况进行跟踪

6)准备设备验收零件,按照技术协议对设备进行验收

8.质量体系支持

1)支持总部管理内部质量体系审核

2) 支持总部的二方审核/三方审核,以及管理评审

3) 负责MQS07和MQS10的质量体系的实施,以及MQS审核和问题纠正。

9.质量问题分析

1) 参与工厂质量问题的8D团队

2) 退回件(变速箱及零部件)的分析

3) 根据质量信息分析有效的ICA和PCA

10. 对新员工的培训、考核

1)对新员工进行操作技能等上岗前培训和提高职业技能培训

2)对新员工进行上岗资质的考核

11.实施内部管理

1)负责部门费用的管理

2)配合相关部门开展本部门岗位、招聘、绩效管理等岗位绩效管理工作

3)负责组织培训、团队建设、企业文化等部门建设工作

12.遵守与执行体系要求

1)遵循国家和政府有关劳动、合同、税务、会计、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 2)负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作

3)负责了解Mafact基础知识,参与Mafact卓越制造模块,参数设置以及标准化作业模块的实施。

4)认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关安全生产、劳动保护、环境保护法规和政策。

5)负责参与公司“四新”项目的环保、职业健康安全 “三同时”评审。

6)负责工艺改进、新品开发、替代材料的环境影响、健康安全的分析、评审。

7)主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改

8)积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动,提出合理化建议
