Job Summary:
The Program, Project & Service Management Manager is responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements. The manager will oversee milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with financial, contractual, and operational commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and Service Delivery:

  • Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.
  • Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and service level requirements.

Service Monitoring and Control:

  • Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to monitor and control service level agreements.
  • Track, measure, and report project costs, performance issues, and risks.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

Financial and Contractual Management:

  • Manage financial, contractual, and operational commitments in alignment with contract and cost management targets.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and cost management goals.

Resource Planning and Management:

  • Plan and manage resource staffing requirements to meet program and service delivery needs.
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program, project, and service management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
  • Proficiency in tracking and reporting project costs, performance, and risks.
  • Experience in resource planning and staffing management.
  • Ability to manage complex programs and services with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in [Insert relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline].
