DESCRIPTION:
Join our team as an Accounts Payable Analyst III, where you'll maintain financial accuracy and efficiency across our operations. In this position, you'll handle complex accounting operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to process optimization. You'll process and validate financial documents, manage vendor accounts, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze financial data, and implement process improvements while supporting our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts payable
• Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• Professional accounting certifications (such as Boki 2nd Grade or equivalent) preferred
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Professional fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion) preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Professional customer service skills and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Process improvement mindset with ability to identify and implement efficiencies
• Collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated commitment to compliance and ethical business practices
