Your Mission

The Senior Analyst, Growth Marketing Analytics role is a business role that requires both technical skills and marketing knowledge. In this role, you will measure and optimize user acquisition, user retention, and personalization strategies by reporting marketing performance data, maintaining data pipelines, assuring data quality, and analyzing audiences. You’ll also be heavily involved in creating, curating, and analyzing audience data across several marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Cloud, Facebook, and Twitter, among others. The ideal candidate is an agile problem solver with a moderate understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as a decision-making partner to Digital Marketing and Product Marketing teams

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to measure the impact of marketing on business outcomes.

  • Partner with Strategy, Activation, Finance, and Data engineering teams to design and execute campaign-specific measurement plans

  • Independently conduct analyses end to end, starting from stakeholder interviews to presenting test findings.

  • Develop marketing experiments to understand the business impact of marketing strategy and tactics.

  • Build dashboards/reports to socialize marketing campaign performance and customer behavior data.

  • Effectively communicate analysis results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics roles supporting Paid media, Email, Push Notification, and Web analytics

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (R, Python) is a bonus

  • Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau)

  • Familiarity with marketing technology (Improvado, GMP, GA, Adobe Analytics, mParticle) and measurement tools (Appsflyer)

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $92,920.00 - $171,814.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
