Job Description:

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Oversee the entire Revenue Recognition process and take the lead on monthly and quarterly activities.

  • Manage a team of revenue analysts, supporting their career development and growth.

  • Provide financial support and conduct accounting analysis across multiple areas.

  • Review all account analysis for related balance sheet and income statement accounts.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

  • Independently handle project management and coordinate activities with relevant stakeholders.

  • Validate and examine various financial transactions.

  • Monitor audits, identify discrepancies and variances, and ensure timely corrections.

  • Stay up-to-date with financial policies, practices, and compliance requirements, including updating internal documentation.

  • Perform monthly closings within the department and actively participate in account reconciliations.

  • Analyze complex accounting issues, conduct research, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Demonstrate 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

  • Showcase a comprehensive understanding of the accounting cycle, month-end close process, and the flow of financial information within the General Ledger.

  • Showcase self-motivation, deadline orientation, and a fast-learning ability. Be organized, dedicated, and function effectively as a team player. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.

  • Pay keen attention to detail and exhibit the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when preparing and entering financial information.

  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge in MS Excel.

  • Have good knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.

  • Demonstrate a proficient level of written and oral English communication skills.

  • Display persistence, commitment, and the ability to work under time pressure.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality outputs.
