A Day in the Life

Responsibilities:

• Assist with documentation related to patient information.
• Manage phone calls from hospitals and clinics.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support as requested by the team.
• Opportunity to observe sales activities (e.g. pacemaker clinics, case support) after completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Year 2 – 3 undergraduate students majoring in science, engineering, or a related field, preferably biotechnology or biomedical engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, responsible, and accountable.
• Strong interest in medical devices & cardiology.
• Fluency in both Cantonese and English.

Working schedule: 3-5 days per week during summer holidays; 2 days per week during semesters (negotiable during exam periods.)
