We are seeking a highly skilled Lead BI Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for uncovering hidden trends and patterns. They should have a strong understanding of digital analytics, data visualization, marketing tactics and strategies, enabling strong recommendations and insights in program reporting.

Roles&Responsibilities

·       Establish discovery and insight cadence with client and strategy teams for continued optimization

·       Developregularandadhoc analysesrootedindrawingoutinsightsandoptimization

·       Work with internal teams and clients to strategize and implement analytics measurement plans

·       Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, work with data implementation teams as necessarytoensureproperdatatrackingandaggregation

·       Providequalityassuranceofdataonanongoingbasis,identifyingandcorrectinginaccuracies

·       Workdirectlywithclientsinpresentinganalysisandreportingonongoingmarketinginitiatives

·       Manage and grow analytics partnerships, staying on top of cutting edge technologies and vendors

·       Recognize opportunitiesforefficienciesin processes,and workappropriately acrossteams to realize enhancements

PreferredQualifications

·       Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness,Economics,Statistics,Mathematics,Data Science orrelated

fieldorequivalenteducationandexperience

·       Ability to derive and communicate actionable insights that will drive strategic decisions by leveraging client dashboards, developing insightful visualization and data storytelling, and clearly explainingtechnicalideasverbally and in writing

·       5+ years experience presenting to clients and/or internal senior leadership team members both remotely and in person

·       5+ years experience in one or more of the following data visualization platforms: Looker Studio,Looker,Tableau,PowerBI

·       5+yearsexperiencedworkingwithGoogleAnalyticsdata

·       StrongproficiencyinSQL,Excel

·       Detailorientedandorganizedwithahighrespectforqualitycontrol

·       Mustbecomfortableworkinginafast-pacedandcross-functional/culturalenvironment
