Summary: As a Pega Platform Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Pega Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure Pega applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions to meet client needs. - Develop and maintain Pega applications, including designing and implementing workflows, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Pega development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Pega Platform development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid understanding of Pega Platform architecture and design principles. - Experience with Pega tools such as Case Designer, Data Designer, and Decision Designer. - Experience with Pega integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, and JMS. - Strong knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies. - Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Pega solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
