Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist (L1) to join their team in Dallas, TX.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • The assignment will require the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery of spares.
  • Primary systems and tool’s include SCARS, SMPP, NWP, MS2, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Responds to requests for quotes.
  • Responds to post production customer supply inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
  • Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity.
  • Providing order status

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Supply Chain related job duties

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Experience working with ERP

  • Experience working in Customer Relations and Supplier management

  • Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions

  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience)

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $56,950 - $77,050
