Responsibilities
Execution: Proactively supports implementation of learning curricula with direction from Learning Partner. Particular focus on supporting 5A curriculum, Group Support curriculum and ad hoc GA technical requirements (typically country or sector specific)
Vendor liaison: Leads on scheduling and organisation of training sessions and workshops including liaison with vendors.
Communication: Drafts curriculum communications and other email communications as required. Supports creation of presentations
Projects: Works with wider learning team where required on projects e.g., maintain R&Connect pages
Evaluation and data management: Supports evaluation of learning programmes Compiles and analyses data to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Provides recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
Execution: Supports implementation of cross-divisional learning programmes as required e.g. performance management, management capability.
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
1-2 years’ experience in a learning and development role or other HR role
Personal attributes: Self-motivated, highly proactive, reliable with a flexible attitude; desire to learn and improve performance through feedback.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship skills with a customer-service and/or vendor management orientation. Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement in training programs.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
