Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborates extensively with fellow middle management leaders within Philips to strategically establish plans and objectives geared towards enhancing service and solution delivery performance.
• Engages in systematic monitoring, measurement, and insightful analysis of performance metrics, vigilantly tracking progress against established targets such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) to ensure seamless alignment with strategic objectives and commitments.
• Cultivates enduring professional relationships with counterparts both within Philips and among peers in other mid-level professional circles, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Identifies and evaluates potential areas for improvement within the realms of professional services, solution delivery, and service delivery, relentlessly pursuing avenues for continuous enhancement.
• Addresses and resolves challenges by applying lean techniques, pragmatic problem-solving approaches, and leveraging Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.
• Works closely with colleagues, markets, and partners in cross functional initiatives, actively contributing to the enhancement of business performance through proactive problem-solving and strategic alignment.
• Facilitates robust communication channels with Service and Solution Delivery teams, product stakeholders, and business/function units, actively addressing and resolving challenges to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manages talent across the team, overseeing employee selection, performance management, compensation strategies, career development initiatives, and ensuring effective operational management practices are in place to support team success.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 1 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Service Delivery, Performance Management or equivalent.
Preferred Certification:
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
