We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our Rapid Application Development team. You will be responsible for end-to-end web application development, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 3–5 years of hands-on development experience.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and oral) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Java, React, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experienced on Agile methodologies, such as Scrum in fast-paced environments.
• Nice to have - experience with:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • DevOps
  • Kubernetes
  • AI solutions integration
  • Angular & DevExpress

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack web applications, focusing on both front-end and back-end functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and remote teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring smooth operations.
• Contribute to an Agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of new features and improvements.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Provide regular status reports and escalate risks or concerns to your Team Lead

Key Relations and Reporting Structure

• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Technical Design: Contribute to the design and development of complex application enhancements.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve high-severity issues with effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Solution Implementation: Implement integrated solutions with various teams to meet business and performance needs.
• Deployment & Scaling: Work with IT teams to deploy and scale applications based on performance demands.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks and performance bottlenecks.
