Reporting to the US Vitality Strategy and Delivery Director, this position is accountable for supporting and executing Vitality program strategies, supporting program enhancement and program stability, internal reporting, voice-of-customer analysis, and monitoring steady state program operations and engagement. This position should identify issues as well as opportunities for program evolution and effectively execute meaningful solutions.
The position is also responsible for collaboration with stakeholders such as Vitality Group, Operations, Customer Experience, Information Technology, and external partnerships.
Position Responsibilities:
Efficiently and effectively supporting Vitality program operations and demonstrating understanding of how operational items align and enable North American BI goals
Supporting team reporting and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency of current state of processes, communications and reporting
Analyzing member data, leveraging customer feedback, and staying current with industry trends to inspire program enhancements and evolution
Coordinating program enhancements and new partnerships to facilitate the development and execution of long-term strategies aligned with organizational business goals
Collaborating with Marketing and stakeholders to provide consistent messaging and storytelling of Vitality across product launches, initiatives, and projects that reinforces our unique value
Designing and developing communications for internal stakeholder groups and members
Collaborating with new and existing external partners, along with internal teams, to develop and implement strategies to enhance the adoption of Vitality and to drive growth
Supporting the Vitality program and leveraging data and AI to drive strategies forward, including registration and engagement
Coordinating projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation, including establishing roles, expectations, and goals with team members
Measuring success and sharing outcomes of efforts across the organization
Building and maintaining strong relationships with team and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of tactical items necessary for program success
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to take on complex challenges, design and communicate concrete action plans, and implement solutions
Strong project coordination skills, demonstrated success implementing multi-faceted plans that span multiple working groups
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Strong facilitation skills
Independent, creative and collaborative professional
Strong communication skills to articulate vision, possibilities, and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences both internally and externally

Salary range is expected to be between
$68,475.00 USD - $114,125.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact [email protected] for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
