Community Associate

The Community Associate will be a member of a community team reporting directly to the Director of Community/Digital Support and is responsible for maintaining the healthy “pulse” of Analog Devices EngineerZone® community. We seek a collaborative, creative and resourceful community professional to join our growing community team. An ideal candidate has experience cultivating online community programs, is an exceptional communicator and relationship builder and knows how to make data-driven decisions.

Your direct efforts ensure our customers are not just happy with Analog Devices (ADI) products and support but are enthusiastic advocates. You understand the primary success in your job is not dependent upon technology, it is about interaction and the sharing/creation of content and engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that a positive environment is maintained that reflects ADI’s commitment to excellent customer service and escalate all concerns as needed
  • Support forum managers requests
  • Assist forum managers in maintaining SLA standards
  • Maintain content calendar for blog program and EZ featured places
  • Create gamification and engagement campaigns
  • Publish new content based on content metrics that increase engagement
  • Provide interactions oversight, training, and best-practice sharing (forum manager, new member, partner & employee training)
  • Create support documents for private and public help forums
  • Collect, analyze and act upon member feedback through surveys and other methods
  • Host monthly forum manager meetings to review service response times, announce new initiatives and solicit feedback

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a global workforce
  • Demonstrate a high degree of customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Multi-tasker who understands how to develop tactical plans that align with the company's strategy

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience working with online communities or discussion forums
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Experience with Verint/Telligent, Jive preferred
