The Opportunity:

Serve as the Operations Coordinator for the SCOPES Contract Program Management Office where you will supervise PMO employees, oversee PMO functions, provide critical staff support actions, and ensure deliverables are both on time and completed to standard. Supports the Program Manager, as required.

Responsibilities:

•             Manages the coordination between operational support and the control/monitoring support processes.

•             Coordinates TDL Management with Functional Group Leads

•             Supports the development of PMO Plans, policies and functions including defining measurable milestones and decision gates updates plans  throughout the process, and leads contractual meetings.

•             Collaborates with the Operations Specialists on staffing needs for projects received during the transition-in period.

•             Coordinates the development of PMP, QMP, MSR, MPR, TSM, PMR, Award Fee self-evaluations, problem notification report, change control management, and TDLs.

•             Implements risk management process to identify, analyze, assess, and mitigate operational risks and while integrating feedback to implement best practices and program efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Required: 

•             Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

•             2-3 years prior experience as a CACI Manager on a client-facing Program

•             A combination of more than 15 years of experience working on Operations, Staff and Planning functions, Security/Insider Threat, Security Cooperation/Assistance, Mobile Training Teams, Exercise Design/Support, Information Operations/MISO, Special Access Programs, Logistics, Intelligence or Communications.

•             At least one experience working on a high-level staff to include, but not exclusively, the Joint Staff/OSD, Combatant Commands, Service Component Staffs, Service Staffs, Tier One battle staffs, Defense Agencies, the State Department, and/or Embassy Country Teams.

•             The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

•             Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

•             A current Tourist Passport with an expiration date more than 6 months away

Desired: 

•            A 2/2/2 DLPT level in Spanish

•             A Project Management Professional certification

•             A fundamental understanding of the Joint Planning Process and other military or government methodologies.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
