Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective software solutions. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and participate in the design of applications that align with organizational processes. Your role includes continuous interaction with team members to ensure that the software developed meets the intended objectives and supports business operations efficiently. Throughout the day, you will balance analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to contribute to the development lifecycle, ensuring that applications are both functional and user-centric.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in the creation and review of technical documentation to support software design and implementation.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Experience in coordinating and managing incident response activities to minimize business impact.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and application design principles.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
