The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Warehouse and Logistics Operations Leader (m/f/*) in Çorlu Plant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading and improving 3M Çerkezköy and Çorlu Plant's warehousing and logistics operations
• Coordinating the overall flow of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods; including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping, while adhering to quality and work safety standards
• Managing teams of warehouse and import-export operations staff and/or 3PLs, providing development, guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies
• Continuously monitoring and optimizing warehousing, transportation & logistics costs, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
• Utilizing systems such as SAP as a fundamental basis of performing job

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Engineering Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in supervising warehousing operations with a focus on work safety and continuous improvement projects; preferably in a multinational manufacturing company environment
• Experience in core warehouse management operations: inbound, put away, storage strategies, order preparation, order-picking, stock accuracy, packing, outbound; including oversight of 3PL outsourced models
• Leadership skills and people management experience applied in large & complex operations
• Preferably knowledge of Turkish Customs Regulations and international & local transportation market
• Ability to work with multifunctional modules / being proactive
• Continuous improvement mindset
• All applicants must be fluent in English, proficient in MS Office Package & relevant SAP modules
• Residency in Çerkezköy or Çorlu is required
