How We Work
This role may be a remote or hybrid work model near an office (3 days in the Tempe office) which gives us face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions, and build relationships. At the same time, it offers flexibility you need to focus and do your best work.
Mission and Goal
Senior Principal Product Manager – Partner Product Team
At Gen, our mission is to create technology solutions for people to make the most of the digital world – safely, privately, and confidently. As a Partner Product Manager, you will work on delivering product initiatives for our various partner channels – OEM, Retail, Employee benefits, Strategic Partnerships and beyond. Not only will you be instrumental in assisting with the brainstorming, planning, scoping and execution to enable our products for a variety of channels, but you will also help assess current gaps and areas for enhancement. As part of the ideation, delivery and post-launch support phase, you will work directly with our partners.
