Job Descriptions
- Focus on learning work processes and procedures.
- Gain and develop technical knowledge of IB’s core business.
- Recognize types of documents and correspondent suppliers, regardless of language, and redirect internal stakeholders to correct departments.
- Downloading documents from Supplier's Portals
- Creating documents in SU, checking and updating entries, providing inputs to FSS for entering invoices and feedback on correction of entries
- Extracting data from Archives
- Checking and approving documents in SIC tool
- Checking and approving documents manually - lower complexity
- Recalculation in SU
- Recalculation of logs – adjusting charged amount to Infobip’s data which is showing real cost and has an impact on the margin.
- Understand, report and track discrepancies for straightforward reconciliations between supplier’s statistics and Infobip’s logs until resolution i.e. invoices that should be processed through SIC Tool
- Timely and accurate delivery of given assignments and task performance (in terms of deadlines met and achieved standards of output quality).
- Ability to reply on suppliers' inquiries and forward to relevant internal teams i.e. payment queries
- Contribute to team’s overall achievement and efficiency, as well as company’s cost reduction, which is achieved through costs tracking, updating and disputes resolution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business or Economics
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & BI tools
- Alternatively, you have recently completed college and are seeking your first job in your chosen field of study.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
