What You'll Be Hired to Achieve (The Impact)

This highly visible role requires a pro-active, solutions-oriented professional ready to jump in and solve complex electromechanical challenges. You will be the primary technical resource translating engineering concepts into robust, reliable, and efficient products.

  • Be the Improvement Engine: Proactively partner with manufacturing to hunt down

inefficiencies, redesign processes, and implement design changes that immediately boost quality and throughput.

  • Build the Future: Bring prototypes to life! Assemble, test, and rigorously validate next-gen electro-mechanical systems to ensure performance, manufacturability, and long-term reliability.

  • Be the Field Expert: Act as our technical ambassador during field service and

troubleshooting visits (20–40% travel). Solve critical issues remotely and on-site, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and system uptime.

  • Validate Quality: Design and build custom test fixtures to establish consistent quality standards, performing process capability analyses () to lock in production consistency.
  • Optimize Design: Influence the Bill of Materials (BOM) and component selection to balance superior product performance with supply- chain optimization and cost-

effectiveness.
