Position Overview
The Lead Commercial Excellence Manager, DACH, will be responsible to drive commercial and business excellence within DACH by designing, planning and implementing processes, tools and initiatives to maximize top and bottom-line results.
The role will be a critical member of the DACH leadership team, working closely with DACH country manager to develop strategies for optimizing sales. Will work with the cross functional team (Medical, Marketing, Sales and Access) and will analyze and integrate insights from different sources (market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, forecasting, CRM data) to enable decision-making based on facts.
