Pay Range:
$16.80 - $23.10
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles moderately complex duties of troubleshooting and day to day.
- The responsibilities of this position are to provide first level support for all end user hardware and software issues
- This includes day-to-day support, application setup and troubleshooting of internal IT supported applications
- Troubleshoot PC hardware problems and provides basic PC hardware maintenance when needed
- May conduct IT classes for new hires and manage the setup of users onto various network based systems
- Performs other related duties as directed by the manager
- Manages day-to-day support of assigned infrastructure solutions and implements configuration changes recommended by IT Systems Engineers
- Handles moderately complex duties of troubleshooting and day to day.
- Provides analytical support and consultation to internal customers.
- Works from specifications to develop or modify hardware or software issues.
- Assists with designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs.
Experience Qualifications:
- Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the internship
- Must have completed (at minimum) the sophomore year of college
- Must be able to work full-time during the duration of the internship program
