  • Maintain accurate and timely shipment tracking and validate On‑Time Delivery performance.
  • Coordinate with TTL teams and Operating Units to resolve transportation escalations and support corrective actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance logistics execution and service quality.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of transportation experience, including domestic inbound and/or outbound movements.
  • Proven experience collaborating with logistics suppliers such as carriers, freight forwarders, and ocean/air providers.
  • Proven experience working with over‑dimensional loads.
  • Solid problem‑solving abilities and comfort working independently with a high sense of urgency.
  • Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish skills.
  • Preferred: experience with advanced TMS platforms and knowledge of local transport markets, including equipment, port/airport operations, and relevant regulations.
