Experience :
7+ years experience gained within in the Sourcing Operations space, in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
5-7 years experience working with SAP or similar configuration and processes
Hands on experience with all modules of a Sourcing Operations suite (preferably SAP and Ariba) but focused on, but not limited to, spend analysis, E sourcing, contract management and Procure to Pay
Key tasks; accountabilities :
People leader fundamentals for direct reports
Escalation points for Sourcing Operations queries
Ensure offshore team have seamless service delivery to customers.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Sourcing Operations functions, systems and processes.
Deliver the end-to-end service offering and drive continuous improvement in Sourcing Operations processes.
Consult into projects or initiatives impacting Sourcing Operations, ensuring all impacts are identified and requirements are implemented.
Risk and control framework, identifying new risks and ensure all risks have effective controls in place and working with the manager onshore to ensure these are captured in a risk register and rectified.
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time
