As a Specialist Admin Business Support, you will play a pivotal role in performing a wide variety of functional administrative tasks supporting EPW Business Management Group. Tasks may also include coordinating routine activities within the department, with other departments or outside parties, and investigation and resolving problems or handling special projects as assigned by supervision.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Compiles and analyzes data, supports the analyst team with daily, weekly, monthly reporting, provides support and backup to the quality, training and SDS team, makes recommendation on policy, prepares reports, assists in budget process, assists in design and implementation of systems/programs. 
  • Provides business support for EPW sales and service teams. Supports the analyst team, the QA team and the SDS team for EPW.
  • This requires support and oversight of compliance books and records and coverage for the quality and training team, including performing a minimum of 20% of the number of call monitors performed by an individual Technical QA Specialist monthly. Requires thorough knowledge and experience in functional methods support.
  • Plan, develop and implement (manage) projects of some complexity.
  • Make sound business decisions.
  • Proactively propose process implement or solutions to problems.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Contributes to the development of the team through their KPI’s by achieving the daily / weekly and monthly volume targets.
  • Completing assigned responsibilities within timelines

OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • At least 2 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Operations.
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts and go extra mile per team requirements.
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation where required. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Prior experience on Salesforce preferred.
