Summary: As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for architecting large language models that can effectively process and generate natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure the models are trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data. You will collaborate with various teams to refine model performance and contribute to innovative solutions in the field of natural language processing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. - Continuously evaluate and improve model architectures to meet evolving project requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - For the Analyst (Scrum master role) 3-5 years of experience: - Experience in requirements gathering - JIRA documentation to support the artifact build out (backlog) - Project management experience - Ability to interface with client for scheduling updates and milestones - Gen AI experience will be handy - Domain (preferred): Healthcare experience Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Generative AI. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
