We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician at Wasatch Commercial Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our commercial properties. You will work collaboratively with our property management team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for our tenants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the property management industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

  • Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new tenants.

  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary.

  • Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.

  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
