About the team:

As a Senior UI Architect in the FIS Private Equity Suite team, you’ll lead the design and implementation of innovative user interface solutions for international clients, supporting agile teams in developing a world-class Private Equity platform. You’ll join a team of motivated professionals responsible for shaping the front-end architecture of our core product.

Operating in a dynamic and dispersed environment, you’ll be expected to drive UI strategy, set technical direction, and mentor development teams—requiring creativity, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Defining and evolving the UI architecture for large-scale, enterprise-grade web applications
• Leading the design and implementation of reusable UI components and frameworks (preferably in Angular)
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend architects to deliver cohesive solutions
• Establishing and enforcing UI development standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines
• Conducting architectural reviews and providing technical leadership to development teams
• Evaluating and recommending new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the UI stack
• Ensuring accessibility, performance, and scalability of UI solutions
• Mentoring and coaching front-end engineers
• Participating in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment

What you bring

• Extensive experience architecting and developing complex web applications using Angular (or similar frameworks)
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience with state management, modular design, and micro-frontend architectures
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
