Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in the configuration and support of packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the evolving needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with team members to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with performance monitoring tools to ensure system stability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
